A World of Flowers

I specialize in photographing flowers. Using the images I continually produce (over 3,000 of them now), I combine them into compositions that I hope further express the beauty of flowers.

Some of the compositions are formal, some of them are whimsical. Realism per se is not my goal; the relative sizes of the flowers are changed freely and although I try to stay true to their colors, the images are nearly always more saturated than might be considered "natural" and sometimes the color is slightly altered to enhance a composition.

The several series immediately to the right are sold as individual giclée prints in gallery exhibitions or you can order them directly from me at the wholesale price of $125 each. If you're interested in a particular image, please send me an email.

I would like to send out a special thank you to the staff and community gardeners at the 577 Foundation, Perrysburg, Ohio, where at least ninety percent of these images were photographed.

Not only are other sizes available, other materials than paper can be utilized, such as metal or glass or vinyl. I have a working relationship with SFC Graphics, Ltd., a Toledo digital printing firm that can produce very large images on a variety of materials and would welcome the opportunity to discuss architectural or mural projects that incorporate my images. SFC also produces my giclée prints.
